To Register | Fill out the application form and send it to the festival office below. The application form can be obtained through the festival office upon request. Application Deadline: Just after we meet the demanded number of applicants. |
*There’s a scholarship system that you can participate at a reduced fee; 10,000yen for full period. To apply for this system, send the following materials to our festival office no later than June 27, 2014.
